Koepka attended the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2016, where he was able to win four competitions.

Koepka began playing professionally in the middle of 2016, and in the later half of the year he participated on the Challenge Tour with mixed results.

Nevertheless, in 2017, Chase Koepka’s wealth began to rise as a result of his significantly more successful run on the tour, which included five top-10 finishes, including coming second in both the Kazakhstan Open and the Italian Challenge.

He earned a berth on the 2018 European Tour after finishing the season in ninth place on the Order of Merit.

In the 2017 Zurich Classic of New Orleans, he also played with his brother Brooks, and the pair managed a decent tie for fifth place.

Koepka had a strong performance at the BMW SA Open at the beginning of the year, placing tied for seventh.

He failed to place in the top 20 of any European Tour competition for the remainder of the season, and as a result, he finished the year at 182nd on the Order of Merit.

Koepka competed on the Challenge Tour the year after, in 2019, although he only succeeded in making the cut in three of the twelve events he took part in.

He sought to qualify for the Korn Ferry Tour in both 2020 and 2021, but was unsuccessful. In 2022, Koepka finally signed on with LIV Golf.

Chase Koepka found success on his own terms despite his brother’s fame

The regular-season finale of the 2018 European Tour was interrupted by rain in Valderrama in southern Spain, forcing the athletes to take refuge in the clubhouse where they watched TV.

Chase Koepka was one among them, holding a water bottle as he watched his brother Brooks win the CJ Cup, a PGA Tour competition in South Korea, for the 12th time overall.

With his incredible back-nine 29, Brooks not only won the tournament but also surpassed Dustin Johnson as the best golfer in the world.

Siblings Brooks and Chase have had different golfing accomplishments.

Chase, who was 181st on the European Tour Order of Merit and had just 18 holes left to avoid losing his right to play on the tour, waited anxiously throughout the rain delay.

The talk of the clubhouse, though, was about his brother Brooks, who had just won the CJ Cup with a magnificent 25-foot eagle putt. As the round was over, the players gathered to congratulate Chase.
