Reacher creator Nick Santora, who also acts as showrunner and executive producer, is the creator of the series. In a statement regarding the endeavour, he remarked, “Fubar is, by far, the most bizarre effort of my career. I was raised on Arnold Schwarzenegger movies.
“I would ask my father for a few dollars so I could rush to the theatre and watch the biggest celebrity in the world on the big screen. So it’s quite thrilling for me to be developing Arnold’s first written television project.
“How Schwarzenegger could be witty while still kicking ass is something I always found amazing. Fubar was intended to be a hilarious CIA espionage comedy with intense action because of this. And it actually is all of that. I’d love to go into more detail, but I’m afraid it’s confidential,” he continued.
Arnold Schwarzenegger also Serves as Executive Producer of the Project
The Terminator actor is executive producing the show in addition to acting in it. Monica Barbaro, Jay Baruchel, Fortune Feimster, Milan Carter, Travis Van Winkle, Gabriel Luna, Andy Buckley, Aparna Brielle, Barbara Eve Harris, and Fabiana Udenio round out the rest of the cast.
