Meet George and Amal Clooney’s Kids, Alexander and Ella & Why They Stay Away From Limelight?

For many years, George Clooney was one of Hollywood’s most desirable bachelors. But everything changed when the Oscar winner met prominent human rights attorney Amal Clooney (née Alamuddin) and instantly fell in love with her. He is currently a married guy and the father of two children.

Amal gave birth to their fraternal twins, Alexander and Ella, in June 2017 after getting married to George in a ceremony in Venice, Italy, in 2014. While George is well-known for appearing in a large number of Hollywood productions, such as “Ocean’s Eleven,” “Up in the Air,” “Gravity,” and the upcoming “Ticket to Paradise,” his roles as a husband and father are the ones that mean the most to him. George said to People in 2020, “You throw away the selfishness of only looking out for yourself in marriage, and now with the kids.” “It’s an excellent thing. Every day, Amal and I have conversations about it. We feel extremely fortunate.”

Although George and Amal haven’t appeared in public with their kids, they aren’t afraid to talk about them in the media. In an appearance with “The Drew Barrymore Show” on October 21, George admitted that he was “terrified” to learn that he was expecting twins. That wasn’t in the plan, he declared. “At 12 weeks, we went to the place where they take the child. to take a look at the child’s image. The doctor then announces, “It’s a boy.” And a girl, he adds later. And I thought, “What?” Such a tragedy, it was. Are you kidding me, I said.” Of course, George now values his children. It’s the best thing in the world right now, he declared. “I was scared at the time.”

The Clooneys spoke with “Entertainment Tonight” on Dec. 4 as they walked the red carpet for the 45th Kennedy Center Honors about their twins’ skills and personality. Amal stated, “They speak a language that we do not speak.” George was making jokes about their playful humor in the meanwhile. George revealed, “They play certain jokes that are so dirty, I’m not even permitted to tell you. Whose role in parenting do you believe this is? George joked in response to Amal’s question, “My wife is disgusting. Filthy!”

In a previous interview with The Hollywood Reporter from 2017, George opened up about fatherhood and whether he missed living the bachelor life. I definitely don’t,” he replied. “It feels like yesterday since then. The cozy sounds of newborns crying are now resonating throughout my home. You should hear the laughing that comes from my friends when they come over and watch me changing a diaper. I reply, “I know, I know. After all the crap I’ve given them for so many years, I deserve every bit of it.””

Alexander Clooney

Alexander, the child of George and Amal, was born on June 6, 2017. Alexander was described as having “a mess of brown hair and disordered teeth” in GQ’s 2020 feature of his father, along with the statement that he “looks like the kid of George and Amal Clooney.” He is also a fluent speaker of Italian, which George amusingly referred to as a “very silly thing” because neither he nor Amal are. According to George’s appearance on the podcast “WTF With Marc Maron,” he and his son also share a sweet morning routine. “Every morning at eight in the morning, Alexander raps on the door of my bedroom. ‘Who is it?’ I ask. “It is I, Alexander Clooney,” he then declares “Actor revealed. I laugh aloud as I open the door and he rushes inside.

Ella Clooney

Ella Clooney was born on June 6, 2017, and she is Alexander’s twin. Ella speaks Italian, just like her brother (according to George’s September interview with Entertainment Tonight, the twins apparently speak two other languages). The twins share many interests, although George previously admitted to People that his and Amal’s daughter is far more reserved than her brother. He explained, “Ella is quite reserved among grownups. “Rosie, our Saint Bernard puppy, is about 125 pounds of pure energy. Since she was stung by a bee, whenever we take the dog for a walk and hikers pass by, Ella sort of covers her face while Alexander approaches and announces, “Rosie got stung by a bee.” He clarifies it to each and every person.”
