According to his son and fellow “Storage Wars” actor Rene Nezhoda, Gunter passed away from lung cancer. Gunter was diagnosed in September and underwent chemotherapy. Nevertheless, the therapy caused holes to develop in his lungs. According to reports, Gunter was recently scheduled for emergency surgery, but specialists decided that there was no cure for his condition.
Gunter was a featured character in 7 “Storage Wars” episodes between 2015 and 2019. In other movies, including “The Haunting at Death Valley Junction,” he also acted. He played bass alongside well-known guitarists like George Lynch, Leslie West, Pat Travers, and others, demonstrating his many creative skills.
