Who Hijacked Flight KA29? Why?

A group of hijackers commandeer Flight KA29 after it takes off from Dubai. Until he tells Jamie Constantinou/Bella Cunningham, another hijacker, about a man named Edgar, Stuart serves as the group’s commander and absolute authority. Lewis, who is in critical condition, tells Sam that Edgar Janssen and John Bailey-Brown, the leaders of the Cheapside Firm, a significant worldwide drug distribution network, gave Stuart and his squad the order to take over the aircraft. Due to their involvement in a crucial connection in the European drug trade, Edgar and John were sentenced to prison.

One of the Cheapside Firm members presents Neil Walsh, the British home secretary, with a document outlining the demands of the organised crime group after Stuart and his team hijack the plane. The Cheapside Firm wants Edgar and John released from prison so that they won’t kill more than 200 passengers on Flight KA29. The leaders of Stuart’s group, Edgar and John, are thought to have been falsely accused and detained. They participate in the hijacking in order to obtain what they perceive as “justice.” However, Edgar and John have simultaneously betrayed the British government and the hijackers on the aircraft.

After hearing the demands, Neil decides to free Edgar and John from jail in order to protect the hijacked plane’s passengers and crew from harm. After the plane is freed from the hijackers, he thinks he can use the military to find the two notorious criminals and detain them. However, Edgar and John are able to escape the authorities’ notice and achieve the independence they were after. But when they took over Flight KA29, they had two objectives in mind, one of which was freedom.

If all Edgar and John wanted was freedom, they could have planned the abduction of a prominent politician or a member of the British government. Although it is a riskier and more difficult task, hijacking a plane is not actually required to get freed from prison. Even yet, the Cheapside Firm’s top brass gave the order to take over Flight KA29 because they had another scheme in mind to make a tonne of cash. Stuart wasn’t even told about it by them. By threatening to harm Amanda’s daughter Elodie, their allies coerced Amanda into boarding Flight KA29 so they could take it over from Stuart and the other hijackers.

A Cheapside Firm member alerts financial journalist Felix Staton to the hijacking after Stuart and his gang have taken control of the aircraft. He threatens the journalist to leak the information regarding the aircraft used by Kingdom Airlines. The stock market value of the airline company plummets when Felix follows suit. Edgar and John planned the hijacking of Flight KA29 to profit from Kingdom Airlines’ stock market decline. Edgar and John bet against the value of the company’s shares before to the hijacking, allowing them to profit by eighteen million every time the value decreases by a penny. They conspired together to hijack the plane in order to make money to enjoy their long-awaited freedom.

When their expectations were met, Edgar, John, or one of their allies told Amanda that they would ask her to land the plane. Edgar, though, chooses against following suit. Without giving a thought to Stuart and the lives of the other hijackers, he wants the plane to crash into London so that the share price of Kingdom Airlines will drop as much as it can, ensuring the biggest amount of money he can gain. Edgar, however, is too young to be able to access the money from the hijacking. In an apparent attempt to obtain the money they have made from the hijacking on their own, John kills his partner while employing one of his guys.
