Who was the big winner at Melon Music Awards 2022?
Ladies and gentlemen, the night’s major winner was Lim Young-woong. Both the trophy for Album of the Year and the prize for Artist of the Year went to the South Korean trot, ballad, and pop singer for his debut studio album I’m Hero.
In addition, Lim won the prize for the best male solo. Along with this, he also received the Netizen Popularity award. He will undoubtedly never forget The Melon Music Awards 2022 as one of the events in his life.
After competing on the reality television programme Mr. Trot, where he placed first out of 17,000 candidates, Lim caught the attention of the public. He released his song, My Starry Love, last year.

STAYC won the Best Global Emerging Artist prize at the 2022 Melon Music Awards. The K-pop girl group is made up of six people in total: Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J.

Monsta X won the 2022 Melon Music Award for Global Artist
The 2022 Melon Music Awards gave Monsta X the prize for Global Artist. Only five of the boy band’s six members actually showed up to accept the trophy in person.
When collecting the prize, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M made sure to thank Shownu, their sixth member who is now completing mandatory military service.
Seo Dong-hyeon nabbed the Best Music Style award at Melon Music Awards 2022
At MMA 2022, Seo Dong-hyeon, better known by his stage name Big Naughty, won the prize for Best Music Style. The South Korean rapper’s first big break came in 2019 when he participated in the eighth season of the rap competition TV series Show Me the Money.
After some time, Seo joined with the H1ghr Music worldwide record company. Two extended plays by the hip-hop and R&B musician, Bucket List (2021) and Nangman, have been released (2022).
