Guardians of the Galaxy (vol. III)
Guardians of the Gal axy, directed by James Gunn, was a breath of fresh air for Marvel in 2014.
It had a genuine comic book feel, which was different from the focused, tested VFX melodramas the studio was producing at the time.
Even if the characters were eventually drawn into the MCU schlock, there is something endearingly cute about the independent Guardians movies.
Fans are anxiously anticipating Gunn’s upcoming installment in the story due to everything’s high-octane sci-fi epicness.
Volume three’s ability to match its predecessors is yet to be seen, but if history is any indication, Marvel appears to have another ace up its sleeve.

It would be intriguing to watch how people respond to Chalamet’s performance given that Depp was chastised for underperforming Gene Wilder’s legendary portrayal of the character.
