After a fantastic debut, BMF is making a comeback, and the programme just debuted the first trailer for its upcoming second season.
The true story of the Flenory brothers, Demetrius “Meech” and Terry, is the basis for the movie BMF. The programme centres on two brothers who, after rising from the streets of southwest Detroit in the late 1980s, went on to form one of the largest and most powerful crime families in American history.
Curtis Jackson, better known as 50 Cent, and Randy Huggins, who originated the show, produced it. In September of last year, Starz released the first season. Charles and Meech are portrayed by Russell Hornsby and Demetrius Flenory Jr., respectively. Meech’s son Flenory Jr., who portrays his father in the programme, is Meech’s real-life son.
Eric Kofi Abrefa of BMF teases the Power Universe and season 2 of the show.
The first season, which ended in November 2021, featured cameos by Kash Doll, Serayah, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem. On January 6, the first episode of the second season will air on Starz.
More drama and crime are hinted at in the second season’s trailer. A year ago, Lamar Silas, an on-screen antagonist who is played by actor Eric Kofi-Abrefa, was dissected by the actor.
“Although I didn’t adore my character, I did like him. I felt sympathy for him and understood why he did what he did.”
“Whether or not his devotion made sense to other people, I liked him and the things he was passionate about. He was intensely concentrated on whatever he had immersed himself in “the actor for Power remarked.
“And even though she wasn’t his, his love for Zoe gave him depth. Lamar wasn’t only a murderer.”
