Britt Barbie went Viral in February this year
Britt first gained popularity in February 2022 after posting a TikTok video on hair growth. In the video, she appeared astonished and admitted to not knowing that hair came from the scalp to her supporters. “Just discovered something, I never knew that your hair grows from up here,” she added, pointing to her scalp. I was unaware of that.
She continued, “I always assumed that your hair grows from right here,” referring to the end of her hair, adding that she believed hair grew from the ends. “Does my head have hair? really like in that area? Where does it originate? I’m really terrified, you know. I’m not sure… Is it in my forehead, too?!” she questioned.
Over 400k people watched and liked the video, which helped Britt become well-known on TikTok. Though many of her followers were left unsure of whether she was being sincere or joking.
