According to rumours, Ross’ mother was the owner of the land where Charlotte was discovered. Hochul claimed that the suspect resided in a “double-wide house” on the site, which was behind a caravan and included his mother’s residence.
“Further investigation led to the search of multiple residences where the individual is known to reside,” the police stated in a press release. On October 2, 2023, at roughly 6:32 p.m., State Police discovered Charlotte Sena inside the homes, safe and sound. The criminal suspect was detained.
