At the age of 40, DJ Stephen, who was well-known for his work on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” committed suicide on Tuesday, December 13. According to law enforcement, Allison Holker, Stephen’s wife, hurried to an LAPD station and reported that Stephen had left the house without his car and that something didn’t seem right.
Later, when the police got a call about a gunshot at a hotel in Los Angeles, they discovered Stephen’s body there. It has been established that he shot himself in the head and then died. Stephen, popularly known as “tWitch” Boss, rose to fame as the show’s executive producer and DJ.

Allison Holker, Stephen’s wife, confirmed the tragic news in a statement that said, “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to convey that my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen brought light into every space he entered.
She described his devotion to his family in the following way: He led with love and the light and loved family, friends, and the community above all else. He was our family’s rock, the best husband and father, and an example to his followers.
Allison, whose Christmas has turned into a complete nightmare, stated, “To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt.” She added that she is certain that “no day will pass in which we will not honour his memory.” Stephen’s wife requested discretion at this trying period.
“Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you,” she said in closing. Allison is survived by his wife, Weslie (14), Maddox (6), and Zaia, as well as three children (3). Stephen started as a DJ on “Ellen” in 2014 and worked there till its cancellation in 2022.
