Kraków, Poland
The filming crew of “Fantastic Friends” set up camp in Kraków, one of the oldest cities in Poland, to record the fourth episode of season 1. The twins brought Sophie Skelton along on a series of experiences that included river rafting, trekking, and exploring an operational salt mine, with the enormous Tatra mountains serving as the backdrop in numerous instances.
Melbourne, Australia
The twin brothers travelled to Melbourne to film the third episode of “Fantastic Friends”‘ sophomore season. Together with Corey Mylchreest, the brothers go through the enthralling capital of Victoria, Australia. The cast and crew made care to partake in some of the many tourist attractions and activities available in and around Melbourne. They visited places including the Yarra River, the Puffing Billy train, and Penguin Parade, among others.
Tampa, Florida
The sixth episode of “Fantastic Friends” season 2 includes a scene from Tampa, a city on Florida’s Gulf Coast. James and Oliver toured the city in Alfie Allen’s company, including Ybor City, Amalie Arena, and a number of haunted hotels. Even the Tampa Bay Pirates came over for a friendly game of baseball.
Other Locations
The ‘Fantastic Friends’ production team also goes to numerous destinations all around the world for shooting. In addition to the locations described above, they also capture some significant scenes in Ireland, Iceland, the town of Innsbruck in Austria, and Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. The twins travelled to Belize, Singapore, Istanbul in Turkey, Santiago in Chile, Lake Como in Italy, and Patagonia for the second season.
