Kristen Bell’s Tattoos: A Stylish Showcase

Images of a severely tattooed Kristen Bell, with ink covering nearly every part of her body, including her face, went popular on Twitter more than ten years ago. You wouldn’t be the only one who wondered whether the tattoos in the images were real. In fact, many continue to speculate about the situation today. We want to be the ones to reassure you that they are not, though. We’ll say it again: Kristen Bell is tattoo-free. (Though we can’t rule out the possibility that some of those wouldn’t look good on her.)

The pictures in question were actually taken from an old skit Bell performed with “Funny or Die” back in 2012, in which she reveals in a fictitious behind-the-scenes interview that she is actually covered in tattoos and that she conceals them with a lot of makeup so that none of her fans have ever seen them.

Years later, when the “Frozen” performer addressed some of the most often asked questions about her in a “Wired” video, the topic was brought up once more. Of course, one of them was if Bell had any tattoos. To the surprise of her husband, Dax Shepard, she replied that she didn’t, but that she had always wanted to acquire one.

She playfully remarked in the video, “I’ve always wanted a tattoo, but my husband does not like girls with tattoos. Although we don’t know if Bell’s opinion on tattoos has changed in the seven years since she featured in that video, we can be sure that she will let us know as soon as it does. The world is waiting, if Twitter is any clue.
