The informant informed the police over the phone from Pakistan that his brother, Christopher Rodriguez, had called him from a cell phone while in custody and informed him that he and his girlfriend, Larissa Rodriguez, had buried Jordan’s body in the backyard of their house.

Christopher claimed that after discovering Jordan to be unresponsive, he and Larissa made the decision to bury him.

Jordan was last seen in September, and according to the prosecution, he was brutally killed, then buried somewhere around September 22.

Christopher Rodriguez was incarcerated in the Medina County Prison for six months at the time of the investigation because he had neglected to pay child support.

There was no chance of parole following their sentencing.
