Sweet Tooth Season 2 Release Time on Netflix
On Thursday, April 27 at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m. ET, Netflix will debut the new season of Sweet Tooth. There will be eight episodes in the season, and they will all be released at once on the streaming service so you won’t have to wait for weekly releases.
Eight episodes from the first season were also released on June 4th, 2021. Almost 60 million homes watched Sweet Tooth in the first few weeks of its release. In July 2021, Netflix opted to continue the show for a second season due to its success.

In the throes of a pandemic that has killed half of the world’s population, the show centres on hybrid offspring that are born half human, half animal. “In Season 2, General Abbot and the Last Men imprison Gus and a group of other hybrids as a terrible new wave of the Sick approaches. Abbot uses the kids as test subjects for prisoner Dr. Aditya Singh’s studies as he tries to save his afflicted wife Rani in an effort to solidify his power through the discovery of a cure.
“In order to keep his friends safe, Gus agrees to work with Dr. Singh, which sets off a perilous investigation into his past and the part his mother Birdie played in the events leading up to The Great Crumble. The collaboration between Tommy Jepperd and Aimee Eden, who work together to release the hybrids outside the Preserve, will be put to the test as Jepperd’s secrets are revealed.
Gus and his new family are “on a collision course with Abbot and the evil forces who want to wipe them out for good while the disclosures of the past jeopardise the chance of salvation in the present.”

Christian Convery will play Gus in the new season. Nonso Anozie will play Jepperd, Adeel Akhtar will play Dr. Singh, Stefania LaVie Owen will play Bear, Dania Ramirez will play Aimee Eden, Aliza Vellani will play Rani Singh, Neil Sandilands will play General Abbot, Naledi Murray will play Wendy, Marlon Williams will play Johnny Abbot, and others will appear.
As Teddy Turtle and Finn Fox, respectively, Christopher Cooper Jr. and Yonas Kibreab have joined the cast. There are rumours that Caden Dragomer, Erroll Shand, Craig Hall, and Amie Donald will also appear on the programme.
