Mark Wahlberg has sold his beautiful compound in Beverly Hills. Even though the sale price was less than what he had originally asked for, he still made a lot of money.
We heard that Mark’s crazy property sold on Friday for $55 million, which is a big drop from the $87.5 million he was asking for it before.
As we reported, Mark put the estate on the market in April of last year with mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Carl Gambino of Compass. The actor bought the land in 2009 for only $8.25M.
The compound has a mansion with 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, as well as a nice guest house. In total, the living space is 30,500 square feet, and the amenities are to die for.
The new owners will live in luxury with a waterfall pool, grotto, tennis and basketball courts, a private spa, and a room for watching movies and a wine cellar with 5,000 bottles.
Mark has said that he’s going to Vegas, where he wants to make a new getaway for himself and his family.
The buyer was represented by Ginger Glass from Compass, so congrats to the owners on their new oasis!!!
