According to Variety, Paul Cattermole, best known for being a member of the British musical group S Club 7, passed away on 6 April at the age of 46. A statement from his family and the band said, “Dorset Police has established that there were no suspicious circumstances.”
The pop group’s official S Club 7 Twitter account also published a message. The group tweeted, “We are terribly grieved by the demise of our brother Paul. “No words can adequately express the profound pain and loss we all experience. He was such a blessing in our life, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories we have of him.” The statement continues in a second tweet, stating that Cattermole would “be so terribly missed by each and every one of us,” and once more requests privacy. This unfortunate news was revealed not long after the band announced a reunion tour that was slated to begin this fall, as Variety reported.
