The ‘Riff Raff’ movie, starring Brian Cox and Jennifer Coolidge, is slated to start filming in New Jersey in September. The logline for the movie describes how “a former criminal’s ordinary life is turned upside down when his old family shows up for a long-awaited reckoning.” SAG-AFTRA granted the producers permission to move through with the crime comedy’s casting.
Having said that, the union has not granted a waiver for the movie to continue shooting.
