Marvel’s Sebastian Stan Talks About His Nude Scenes In Movies

Sebastian Stan, a Marvel actor, addressed the issue of nudity in his latest film. Stan and Denise Gough (The Kid Who Would Be King) play Mickey and Chloe, a couple who meet while on vacation in Greece and start a quick affair, in filmmaker Argyris Papadimitropoulos’ latest love drama.

Stan spoke candidly about the most revealing aspects of his performance when discussing his most recent part with The Wrap.

The actor acknowledged the lengthy naked sequences and said, “If it was honest and made sense, then OK. Clearly, trust was important in this situation.

“I knew we were trying to present such an honest portrayal of a relationship that we were going to be open to whatever that meant, as long as it stayed true to itself and made sense,” the author said.

His co-star Gough claimed that Papadimitropoulos’ prior film Suntan helped to reassure her that everything will be alright.

If I hadn’t seen Suntan, I wouldn’t have understood how to trust Argyris. It seemed completely safe. I needed evidence that he would accept this corpse, she added.

Further along, Stan added his thoughts on how the impromptu nature of Monday’s filming compared to previous blockbuster franchise parts.

“It’s empowering. Even though I thought Argyris made us appear pretty f**king cool, when you walk in here, it’s not about trying to look a certain way or getting the cool shot, he laughed.

“It appears to be a cooperative experience. As an actor, I believe you to be much more involved.

On Disney+, Stan is presently starring in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

In the US, Monday is available on demand and digitally, as well as in some theatres. There is no information yet about the UK release.
