Disney used a panel at Brazil’s Comic-Con to promote the eagerly anticipated third season of “The Mandalorian,” showcasing new clips from the show and even announcing a release date.

After the nearly universally acclaimed first season of “Andor,” “The Mandalorian” Season 3 will be the first live-action “Star Wars” programme to debut on Disney+. Two years have passed since the conclusion of Season 2, which featured Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) at the height of his Jedi abilities. While there has been a tonne of Disney+ original content for “Star Wars” fans since then, including a significant amount of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu in 2021’s “The Book of Boba Fett,” the wait for Mando devotees has been difficult.

Fans can now start counting down the days until the silver-helmeted nomad and his adorable green ward make their triumphant return thanks to Disney’s announcement. Here is the date for “The Mandalorian” Season 3’s debut.

Din Djarin returns March 1, 2023

Disney revealed a March 1, 2023 release date for the eagerly awaited third season of “The Mandalorian” at Brazil’s Comic-Con in So Paulo, according to Deadline. While series regulars like Carl Weathers, Katee Sackhoff, Giancarlo Esposito, and, of course, Pedro Pascal are returning, Jon Favreau will be back to write and do some of the directing.

The planet Mandalore, home to (you guessed it) the Mandalorians, was among the new locations shown in the presentation footage, according to an entertainment website. As the show delves deeper into their distinctive culture, viewers can anticipate seeing plenty more of the Mandalorians that were featured in the teaser. Additionally, it appears that Grogu is still investigating his force abilities despite sticking with Din Djarin rather than Luke Skywalker.

Until “The Mandalorian” Season 3 finally premieres on small screens in March, it will be a mystery as to how exactly those adventures will turn out.
