What is The Whale’s trailer about?
The Whale, a film by Darren Aronofsky featuring Fraser as Charlie, is the tale of a 600-pound English teacher who begins binge eating to deal with the death of his boyfriend. He wants to get in touch with his estranged teenage daughter and mend their connection out of abandonment and sadness.
Sadie Sink and Hong Chau both appear in the movie as Charlie’s daughter Ellie, 17, and Charlie’s best friend Liz. Charlie had left Ellie with his girlfriend.
