In addition to having an intriguing past, Tyler Stanaland, one of the upcoming cast members of Selling The OC, also has a well-known wife in actress Brittany Snow. Before Selling Tampa debuted in December of last year, in November, the second Selling Sunset spin-off series was initially announced. Since then, viewers of the Netflix series have been waiting for further details. The Selling Sunset season 5 reunion concluded with a first look at Selling The OC and its actors as they work in The Oppenheim Group’s newest office in Newport Beach, capping off the show’s most dramatic season ever.
Tyler will be featured alongside ten other realtors from the Oppenheim Group in a forthcoming Netflix real estate series: Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, and Sean Palmieri. Selling The OC’s brand-new two-minute trailer features stunning properties on the Orange County coast, the intriguing Oppenheim office, and of course, the drama. Tyler is very briefly shown in the teaser, but his admission that someone “genuinely tried to kiss [him]” has people’s interest piqued. Selling The OC’s Netflix launch date hasn’t been announced, but on the bright side, this allows curious viewers time to research the growing Oppenheim Group ensemble.
Tyler, 33, has a strong experience in real estate even though he first gained notoriety as a professional surfer. On the website of The Oppenheim Group, Tyler describes himself as a “fifth-generation realtor and fourth-generation Laguna Beach local.” Tyler obtained his real estate licence at the age of 18 and worked at his family’s brokerage before switching to surfing. Tyler returned to Southern California and resumed his real estate profession after experiencing the world and earning his stripes in surfing. Tyler, his father John, and brother Trevor all specialise in selling luxury homes around the coast, as evidenced by the abundance of these homes on Tyler’s Instagram.
