Peacock’s “Love Island USA,” which is based on the British programme of the same name, has been captivating audiences since its debut in 2019. It is therefore understandable that people are curious to learn more about Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli, the winning duo of the recently concluded fifth installment of the series. Many people were moved by their wonderful love story, which flourished amid trying circumstances. But are they still together now that they’ve finished filming the show? We are here to investigate the same, after all!
Hannah and Marco’s Love Island USA Journey
When Marco Donatelli first entered the Peacock show on Day 1, the two were paired up and even exchanged a kiss. On Day 2, Hannah Wright arrived at the property, and he couldn’t help but turn his attention to her. He chose to inquire about being open before truly committing to her, which Destiny was not at all pleased with considering their shared kiss. Nevertheless, the two did break up, and Marco began to court Hannah with his conversation.
Day 3 gave Hannah and Carmen Kocourek the opportunity to “steal” a guy from a couple. Hannah opted to choose Marco after the latter selected Victor Gonzalez, which he was undoubtedly pleased with. Hannah felt enthusiastic about the new opportunities her relationship with Marco would provide her even as she voiced sorrow about not being able to date Victor. Hannah and Marco got closer and closer as time went on. They were the second pair to be selected to be transported to the Hideaway, thus their compatibility was unquestionably clear for all the cast members to observe. After all the girls, including Hannah, relocated to Casa Amor not long after, the couple was forced to live apart. They started sleeping outside as they waited for their reunion the following week since they were committed to not attracting anybody else’s notice.
Marco’s resolve appeared to be put to the test when his ex-girlfriend Hannah Ortega entered the villa when Hannah was abroad. He was more than honest about his sentiments for his former companion despite the unexpected development. He insisted that even though his desire to be vulnerable may have led to their breakup, he had changed and now delighted in being honest with Hannah (Wright). Despite this, he declared that he had no intention of pursuing any other relationship, not even with Ortega, and that he would be delighted to see her find her soul mate on the show.
Hannah and Marco were ecstatic that no one had brought another person into the villa on the day of the recoupling following Casa Amor. They also acknowledged how deeply they felt for one another and become even more committed to making their union work. In reality, Marco proposed to Hannah during their final date on the show, and she accepted the proposal with joy. Many people were not surprised when Hannah and Marco were named the winners of season 5 of “Love Island USA” due to their largely drama-free experience on the programme as a pair and their deep bond.
At the time this article was written, neither Hannah Wright nor Marco Donatelli had provided any updates on the state of their relationship. Nevertheless, we have hope that the two are still together. They may have been the longest-lasting couple on the programme, and their time together was filled of adorable moments that viewers all around the world couldn’t help but swoon over. Regardless of any tiny bumps in the road, Hannah and Marco’s relationship as a whole helped people genuinely appreciate the love that they shared.
In the near future, it’s probable that we will receive an official update on their relationship status. Given that they had already begun to consider their future in the real world while on the show, it is quite plausible that the two might actually be dating. It is clear why everyone is so sure that Hannah and Marco are still together from Hannah’s considerations about whether she would like to move closer to Marco to his eagerness to meet his partner’s mother, especially given the recent death of his own, combined with their declarations of love for one another.
