Katherine Devine, 14, of Seattle, King County, Washington, was murdered and raped by legendary American assassin and r*pist William Cosden Jr.
Evil Lives Here, an Investigation Discovery series, aired an episode named “Sisters in Silence” that attracted attention from viewers. Soon after the episode aired, the assassination case attracted more attention.

Karen and Susan Cosden, the sisters of William Cosden Jr., were made to keep quiet about the crimes he committed. They suffered lifelong anguish as a result of being aware of their brother’s actions and the pressure to keep quiet.
They had to deal with the effects of their traumatic past as adults, with one of the sisters even nearing death. Despite the difficulties, the sisters band together to discuss the harm done to them and make an effort to make things right.
