Mark also disclosed that he had to postpone taking part in a medical trial for targeted lung cancer therapy that was situated in the Netherlands due to his health and hospitalisation.
On New Year’s Eve, after sprinting home from the hospital, Mark was asked for an interview by a news station.
He immediately expressed his gratitude to the news channel for contacting him. He enjoyed doing interviews. Mark claimed that he had a little less energy and was a little man-down.
A few weeks later, the radio personality passed away next to Adrienne Watkins, his fiancée.
When paying respect to the radio personality, Madurai emphasised that “Mark was a fighter,” echoing the sentiments of his tenacity.
Later, Hot 102.7 FM posted a video tribute to Pligrim that was put to a catchy rendition of Journey’s “Do Not Stop Believing,” which was the motto Mark used throughout his trip.
