The actor claims that his wife decided to ask him about it at one of their marital therapy sessions after having long-held suspicions about it. “”Today Maria wants to be very specific about something,” the counsellor announced one day. She wants to know if you’re Joseph (Baena)’s father. My heart seemed to have stopped. After that, I came clean. Indeed, Maria. In the Netflix series, Arnold stated, “Joseph is my son. She was clearly devastated by that. I wasn’t sure at first, but as he got older, it became more and more obvious to me.
According to reports, the relationship that resulted in Arnold’s fifth child’s birth happened between 1996 and 1997, possibly during a time when the actor’s family was on vacation but he was required to stay owing to his production commitments. Arnold acknowledged that he had not always been certain that Mildred’s child was in fact his son and had thought for a long time that the boy was the product of her marriage to Rogelio Baena. Notably, Rogelia had already divorced Mildred before Joseph Baena was born, presumably because she suspected adultery. For twenty years, Mildred worked as a staff member at Arnold’s home. She told The Los Angeles Times, “I wanted to reach my 20 years, then I asked to retire.” She reportedly parted ways with the Schwarzeneggers on friendly terms and received a respectable severance package. According to reports, Arnold had been financially supporting his kid for a while, even though he had not told his wife about it.
Where is Mildred Baena Now?
Mildred decided to follow her passion for cooking once she retired, and in 2017 she even earned her degree in the field.
