The adventures of stepbrothers Sora and Shiro, who together make up the unstoppable gaming team “Blank,” are followed in both the anime and its source material. One day, Tet contacts Blank through the internet. Tet challenges them to a game of chess, proclaiming himself to be the One True God. Tet banishes the couple to Disboard, an alternate universe where everything is decided by gaming, for their defeat by the pair.
