Without a question, one of today’s most well-known historical fiction dramas is Outlander. The time-travel plot, top-notch acting, and tremendous drama of the show never fail to dazzle viewers.

Outlander Season 7: Release Date and Trailer
On June 16th at 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT, the Starz network will air the season 7 premiere of Outlander. One new episode will air each Friday during the season’s weekly schedule. Season 7 will consist of 16 episodes that will be broken into two halves. The first portion of the 2023 season will run from June 16 through August 24 and consist of eight episodes.
The release date for the second installment has not yet been made official, although it will begin airing in 2024. Outlander Season 7: Plot
The future season will track Claire’s trial’s developments and tell whether she survives. It will be based on Diana Gabaldon’s 2009 novel An Echo in the Bone. According to the season’s summary, “Jamie and Young Ian race to rescue Claire before she’s tried and wrongfully convicted for the murder of Malva Christie.”

As armies march to war and British institutions collapse in the face of armed insurrection, Jamie, Claire, and their family are caught up in the brutal birth pangs of a rising nation in the seventh season of OUTLANDER.
The Frasers must adapt to the shifting landscape they call home. The Frasers must negotiate the dangers of the Revolutionary War in order to safeguard what they have constructed. They discover that sometimes giving up what they cherish is necessary in order to defend it.
Jamie, Claire, Brianna, and Roger are forced to make difficult choices that could split their family apart as the fighting forces them out of North Carolina and into the centre of this war for independence.
Outlander Season 7: Cast
In season 7 of Outlander, the main cast members—Sam Heughan as Jamie Fraser, Caitriona Balfe as Claire Randall Fraser, Sophie Skelton as Brianna Randall, John Bell as Young Ian, David Berry as Lord John Grey, and Caitlin O’Ryan as Lizzie Wemyss Beardsley—will return to their roles.
Paul Gorman plays Josiah and Keziah Beardsley, William Ransom is played by Charles Vandervaart, Jocasta Cameron Innes is played by Maria Doyle Kennedy, and Thomas Christie is played by Mark Lewis Jones. Izzy Meikle-Small as Rachel Hunter, Diarmaid Murtagh as Buck Mackenzie, and Gloria Obianyo as Mercy Woodcock are recent cast additions.
