Renán Almendárez Coello, Francia Raisa’s father, recently mentioned that his daughter spoke with Selena about drinking after getting a kidney transplant. In 2017, Francia donated one of her kidneys to Gomez.
Raisa was questioned about Francia’s absence from Selena’s most recent documentary, My Mind & Me. He responded, confirming the persistent rumours that the two pals had an argument.
Renán Almendárez, Francia’s father, remarked, “Love, money, and fame change the whole world, including Selena,” during an appearance on Primer Impacto in November.
Soon later, the show’s host asked him about the fight between the two women and whether Selena’s drinking was to blame. When Selena drinks, there is a difference, Coello continued. The kidney wasn’t given to Francia so that Selena could go out and drink, she told Selena.
At that moment, Francia’s father even cautioned the Lose You To Love Me singer, saying, “Be careful. Be extremely cautious. Selena has not yet issued a formal statement regarding the situation.

Then, Gomez continued, “And finally, there aren’t enough words in the English language to express my gratitude to my lovely buddy Francia Raisa. She donated her kidney to me as the greatest gift and act of sacrifice.
I am really blessed, she said as she put her statement to rest. I adore you a lot, sis. Although lupus is still widely misunderstood, advancements are being made.

“To me, it’s not what anyone wants for someone,” Rasa added. I don’t understand why it isn’t stopping — not just for me, but also for others who are being agitated online — when she is literally out there pleading with people to “please stop.”
