A Complete List Of All The Upcoming Korean Series and Movies On Netflix In 2023

  • DCS

Another significant year for Korean entertainment on Netflix was the previous year. With more than 650 million hours watched, the zombie thriller All of Us Are Dead left a deadly impression and rose to the top spot among non-English TV shows on the platform in 2022. Additionally, the show was the sixth most watched TV show overall on Netflix in 2017 after Bridgerton Season 2, Wednesday, Stranger Things Season 4, and Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

The following most watched TV program in 2022 was also a Korean popular program. The legal drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo was the sixth most watched TV show on the platform overall. And by no means were these two Korean dramas the only ones on Netflix last year to attract substantial worldwide audience. Around the world, movies like 20th Century Girl and television shows like Twenty-Five Twenty-One, Business Proposal, and Our Beloved Summer all generated a lot of interest on social media.

Netflix will continue to add new Korean shows though 2023. The platform presented its future lineup of Korean programming, including both scripted and unscripted shows, movies, and documentaries, on January 16. The majority of the shows on the list are brand-new, but there are some series that are returning, like D.P. Season 2, Sweet Home Season 2, and, of course, the second season of the hugely successful The Glory, which just came out last month.

Here are the Korean TV shows and films coming to Netflix in 2023, along with an estimate of when they will debut.
