Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Episode 6 Recap
Even though Akira and Tendou’s lives have been going smoothly up until this point, things get more difficult when the electricity goes out, the water supply is stopped, and it appears that the network services have also stopped. In the current situation, it is clear that civilization is disintegrating, but Tendou and Akira are unable to stop it. They are mesmerised by the splendour of the night sky when they see it without the city lights, though. Akira gets sad as he remembers his upbringing in the village with his parents.
When Tendou notices this, they decide to go in search of his family. The pair decides they should buy an RV because the trip is dangerous and lengthy. However, they are startled to see Shizuka there as they enter a showroom. She first refuses to collaborate with them, but the two pals are eventually able to persuade her. They choose an RV too slowly and are then ambushed by a sizable zombie horde. They ultimately leave the showroom by taking the one they can.
Akira and his buddies arrive at the bridge as they attempt to leave the city and are taken aback by the lack of traffic. Since the zombie apocalypse was the fastest virus to ever infect humans, most individuals did not have time to evacuate, according to Shizuka. This revelation piques Akira’s interest because he doesn’t know how she arrived at the idea that a virus is to blame for the current state of disarray. Shizuka is quick to point out that all of the symptoms displayed by those who have been infected prove this to be the fact.
Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Episode 6 Ending: Does Akira Agree to Work for Chief Kosugi? How Is Kosugi Exploiting His Employees?
Akira and his friend’s journey abruptly comes to an end as they are on their way out when a belt of spikes on the road bursts their tyres. Tendou was operating a motorbike when he was injured severely and was unable to stand up by himself. At that moment, a queue of buses drives up and pulls up next to them. Akira is startled to discover his company’s Chief Kosugi standing in front of him. He is there with some young lads dressed in baseball uniforms.
Under Kosugi’s direction, Akira endured so much harassment at his previous workplace that he is scarcely able to muster the guts to speak with him. But soon he musters up the confidence to express to him his relief that his boss is safe. Even though it is clear that Akira is terrified, Kosugi continues to be nasty to him by saying that he did not anticipate him to survive the end of the world. Kosugi informs Akira and his buddies that he has first aid supplies and new tyres for their cars so that Tendou can get the medical attention he need now that they are in need of assistance.
Kosugi says that in circumstances like this, he would never be able to forsake one of his employees. Akira breaks down in tears as he seems appreciative of his remarks. Sadly, this feeling is fleeting since Kosugi demands that he labour for him in exchange. Akira instantly remembers all the terrible things that happened while he was under him, and he appears to be hesitant of what to do. But after finding out that he will only have to labour for two days, he eventually agrees. Akira is brought to the company by Kosugi and his guys along with his pals.
Akira’s task is to lift objects and strengthen security barriers that provide protection from zombies. He observes that workers are being taken advantage of at the company and that Kosugi’s guys have been laying spikes on the highway to trick people into working for him. Akira puts his head down and works hard, but he has no option. Tendou, meantime, obtains the medical attention he requires and doesn’t seem to have suffered any major wounds. He has observed Akira’s peculiar behaviour in the presence of the chief and wonders what might be the cause. Shizuka reveals that the reason Akira hasn’t yet conquered his fear is because she remembers it from her own youth.
