Illegal Door-to-door delivery of Alcohol in Andhra Pradesh
A similar case has emerged from Andhra Pradesh. Police seized around 30 liters of liquor from the bag of a Zomato delivery boy. According to media reports, a delivery boy has been caught by the police in Ramnayya Pet village of Kakinada Rural Mandal in East Godavari district. The young man was unlawfully carrying liquor in a Zomato bag. About 30 liters of country liquor loaded in bags have been found. Police have arrested the accused youth.
Liquor was delivered from house to house! “The young man was illegally supplying liquor in bags to people’s homes in the name of food delivery,” said police officer R Govindaraju.
