The premiere of Alice in Borderland is in one week. In order to try to return to the world he once knew, Arisu (Kento Yamazaki) had to defeat a variety of deadly games. It has now been exactly two years since we last saw him. The survivors have eliminated all of the numbered cards by the end of Season 1, and each game corresponds to a card from a deck. Arisu and the other players in Alice in Borderland Season 2 must take on the face card games.
Adapted from the manga series of the same name, Alice in Borderland on Netflix follows Arisu as he unexpectedly finds himself in a Tokyo where most people have vanished. He has no understanding what happened, but he must participate in the enigmatic contests in order to get “visas” that will save him from execution. He meets Usagi (Tao Tsuchiya), a rock climber who joins Arisu in trying to figure out what is going on, along the route.
The first season of Alice in Borderland debuted in December 2020, and the second episode will air the following week. Here is all there is to know about Season 2 of Alice in Borderland.
Alice in Borderland Season 2 Trailer
The official trailer for Alice in Borderland Season 2 was released by Netflix on December 3, and there is a lot to digest. The first thing we see is a shirtless dude confronting Arisu and his companions in what appears to be a gaming arena. What’s your name, guys? Asks Arisu. “Us? We are native to this country “Answering is the Shirtless Dude. Although we have no idea what it implies, it appears that this person will play a significant role in Season 2 of Alice in Borderland based on the new character stills that Netflix recently published. Additionally, the trailer reveals what seem to be brand-new games in the sequel. Players in one scene cling tenaciously to ropes that are suspended from the ceiling. In another, people compete by hurling fluorescent balls across tiny bridges. The teaser ends with the ever-creepy Mira Kano (Riisa Naka) greeting viewers at the final game location. What is in store for Arisu here?
