The action movie “The Gorge” stars Miles Teller from “Whiplash” and Taylor-Joy from “Top Gun: Maverick.” The swoon-worthy movie is hailed as a “genre-bending love story” that centres on two young people “who, despite the corrupt and lethal world they operate in, find a soulmate in each other.” Along with Sigourney Weaver (‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ and ‘Alien’), who plays an unspecified role, the movie also stars Teller, Taylor-Joy, and Sigourney Weaver as Drasa and Levi, respectively. The cast’s remaining members are a mystery.
The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Sinister, and Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson previously oversaw. The young actress will probably be portrayed by Taylor-Joy, while the other members of the cast are still unknown. Frank called the project a “nasty, wonderful, thriller” and said he plans to handle it “as a film noir and a movie within a movie.” The movie was announced in 2020, but there haven’t been any current changes to the production’s status.
