The Big 4 Ending: Who Got Petrus Murdered? Why?
A killer wearing a helmet kills Petrus in the movie’s first scene. The mystery and suspense surrounding who killed Dina’s father and the mentor of the Big 4 advances the plot of the film. When Antonio and Topan finally face each other, Antonio confesses to executing Petrus in cold blood. Topan is informed that he killed Petrus as a result of Antonio’s expulsion. Antonio was not what Petrus intended him to be, therefore he dumped him. Antonio murdered Petrus as payment for his wrongdoing. He then makes the decision to strengthen himself and defeat the Big 4.
Antonio was Petrus’ initial adopted child. With the greatest commitment and tenacity, Petrus trained him. Petrus, however, comes to understand his error as a result of Antonio’s ambition and icy demeanour. Antonio had complete freedom to murder anybody he pleased. He lacked compassion, mercy, and the ability to distinguish right from wrong. Antonio received instruction from Petrus in the use of a knife. Because Antonio is skilled with knives, he chooses to use them. Because of his unexpected traits, Antonio aspired to be one of the “Big 4,” but Petrus knew better than to involve him in his quest for justice.
But Antonio also admits that he didn’t do it of his own volition. His supervisor gave him the go-ahead to kill Petrus. In the end, we discover that Hassan was the one who ordered Petrus’s death. Hassan is Petrus’ close friend as well as Dina’s boss and a police captain. He appears for Dina’s wedding, and she even welcomes him as an uncle. It demonstrates how close Hassan and Petrus were at the time.
Given that Hassan works in law enforcement, he must not have enjoyed Petrus’ programme that taught children how to fight and kill. Who Is Suranto?
Antonio Sandoval was given the name Suranto at birth. In order to shed his past and reinvent himself, Antonio gave himself a number of catchy names. He also refers to himself as the Scorpion of Southeast Asia and the Prince of 1001 knives. Antonio thinks he can escape the terrible childhood events that haunt him by changing his name. He received training to become a member of the Big 4 and was Petrus’ first son. But his conceit and ambition bring him to ruin. He is rejected by Petrus because he is unfit to stand up for justice.
Furthermore, Antonio becomes quite irritated when Topan calls him Suranto in jest. As soon as he hears his birth name, old memories start to bubble up in his head. Suranto was a lonely child who never had any friends. While Antonio is a well-known and dreaded name in the armaments trade. He enjoys having a name that he chose for himself and is pleased with the reputation he has built up through time. Suranto conjures up Antonio’s worst childhood memories and his insecurities. As a result, he drops that name and gives himself a new one as well as a new persona.
Why Do The Big 4 Leave Dina?
After defeating Antonio and his crew, Dina makes a call to the local police to report the many offences. She resumes her role as a police officer and carries out her duties.
