Years later, Tarek is a shy man with a routine job and insufficient free time for his family. He frequently sneaks out at night to the roof where he peers into his neighbor’s bedroom to observe their blissful union. In the meantime, he makes an effort to get to know Salma, a new hire, at the workplace. He warns her to keep away from his harasser of a coworker, Abu Mouath. Salma tells Tarek she doesn’t want to talk to him and that she can take care of herself.

The stranger requests Tarek to locate Salma on his behalf and claims to be Salma’s father. In addition to warning him not to trust anyone in the hotel, he also provides him with directions to an exit. Following his instructions, Tarek finds himself at a well, where he meets a young child. The youngster brings him to an elderly couple after asking him to fill a glass of water for her. The couple’s strange muttering freaks Tarek out, and when he departs, he encounters his former self while walking home.
The following morning, he awakens from an agonising nightmare. When he later speaks to the groom from the wedding last night, he finds that the finger holding Siba’s ring has become black. The two decide to leave the hotel as a result. Tarek waits in the lobby for his new companion to arrive thereafter, but he never does. Tarek eventually knocks on the man’s door and discovers that he has found his future wife, Mona, and is reluctance to leave. One of the hotel staff members knocks him out cold when Tarek tries to leave without him. Tarek will wake up the following morning at his friend’s wedding.
The Matchmaker Ending: What Happens To The Men After Their Weddings?
Tarek realises towards the end of the film that it might not be possible to leave the resort. Aside from the strange attitude and behaviour of the staff, his friend’s account of men staying at the hotel rather than going home paints a bleak picture. He makes two unsuccessful attempts to leave the resort. The third time, he adopts a new strategy.
Tarek sneaks up on a staff member as they leave the venue after his friend’s wedding by hiding in the grass. After the ceremony, he changes into staff clothing, hides his face, and flees with the musicians. Tarek’s friend shows up to meet his bride as the musicians travel to a lonely area in the desert. But as soon as he arrives at Mona, his robes catch fire, and he is killed by the flames.
He will soon reappear in a different form, serving Aliaa faithfully this time. After their wedding, she began performing similar paranormal rites on every man. She draws out morally repugnant males and exploits the authority bestowed upon her by the mystical energy to transform them into submissive men-in-shells.
What Happens To Tarek?
Tarek is found by the hotel employees after witnessing his friend’s death and apparent resurrection. Tarek is knocked unconscious by the man who had earlier claimed to be Salma’s father, and when he awakens, he is mystically chained to his chair in Aliaa’s office. Aliaa tells Tarek there that he ruined everything by being eager and that if he had only waited, he could have gotten all of his wishes. Salma then confronts him and smacks him in a show of anger about Tarek’s presence in the hotel.
Due to Abu Mouath’s propensity to harass women at work, Salma had decided not to extend the invitation to him. She is cursed at by Tarek, who claims she has ruined his life. The same mystical force is then used to bind Tarek to the bed in his room. Salma dresses in Aliaa’s ceremonial garb and conducts a rite to destroy the resort’s charm. She pays Tarek a visit and removes his Siba ring.
Tarek’s finger recovers when the ring is lost, and he leaves the resort. He returns to his family and resumes leading a routine life. Tarek attempts to connect with his daughter Reema while sitting with his family rather than avoiding them.
What Happens to The Resort?
Aliaa establishes her resort in an effort to entrap and subjugate morally depraved males in order to purge society of their presence. Her desire to get revenge and stop other women from suffering similar torture are both motivated by her tragic past experiences. Similar like Salma, every woman who works at the resort has experienced abuse throughout their lives at the hands of males. Salma soon begins to mistrust Aliaa’s methods, though.
Salma still supports Aliaa’s cause, but she no longer agrees with her approaches. She believes that Aliaa’s leadership has become cruel and that there are more effective methods to use their abilities to achieve the same goals. Salma thus carries out her magical ritual and begins by setting Aliaa’s office on fire before burning down the resort as a whole. The guys locked inside the resort are released into the dull desert as it burns, their free will restored.
