I teach at Equinox in Irvine and Newport Beach at the moment.” Sinclair’s choice of job doesn’t come as a surprise, since her mother is a nutritionist and her father writes books about how to be successful. “They told me to stay active and taught me how to eat well when I was young,” she said. Sinclair has also played a lot of different sports in the past.

So, I have no choice but to get up and go to work. Which means I have to teach 15 classes every week.”
Sinclair has kept things quiet, which isn’t surprising since she has said she doesn’t like being famous. In an episode of David Yontef’s podcast “Behind The Velvet Rope,” Sinclair said that when people recognized her from “Laguna Beach,” she would act like she wasn’t herself. “I think that was partly because I was so young,” she said. She also said, “I think a lot of it was because I didn’t want to ask all the questions again.”
