At the age of 14, Gill began her modelling career. She made history by becoming the first model of Indian ancestry to appear in a Burberry ad campaign almost ten years ago. She is currently a client of the Fusion Models NYC agency.
Neelam, who is of British and Punjabi descent, is still well-known in the fashion world. Her most recent appearance was at the Cannes Film Festival, where Leonardo also showed his film Killers of the Flower Moon.
