The 2023 Met Gala red carpet was walked by the Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny, real name Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio, on Monday. For the occasion, he sported a backless Jacquemus suit. He also held a rose-covered shawl that was slung over his arms.
In the midst of his affair with supermodel Kendall Jenner, the Tit Me Pregunt singer made a solo appearance on the famous red carpet. Her younger sister Kylie went to the event with Kenny.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish is skilled at grabbing your attention. The singer of Happier Than Ever made her third appearance on the Met Gala red carpet, this time donning a custom black and lace dress by Simone Rocha. Her clothing included a tulle skirt.
The Golden Globe-winning songstress showed off her stunning curves in a gothic sheer lace black dress. Her hair was braided by her hairstylist Benjamin Mohap. He braided Billie’s hair with onyx ribbons as a tribute to Karl’s accomplishments.
“I always think of the black bow when I think of Lagerfeld,” stated Mohapi. I completed the look by stacking barrettes into the loose texture of the pulled-back hair. This echoes Billie’s own nonconformist attitude and the punk energy Lagerfeld brought into Chanel.
Dua Lipa
On Monday night, Dua Lipa, one of the co-chairs, looked like an angel in white. The Grammy-winning pop artist accessorised her Chanel white and black tweed ballgown with Tiffany & Co. jewellery.
Lorenzo Posocco dressed the New Rules singer. She finished off her ensemble with a stunning diamond necklace. Her brunette hair was divided along the middle. She looked great in makeup.
Halle Bailey
Halle Bailey, who played Ariel in The Little Mermaid, appeared at the Metropolitan Museum of Art wearing a special Gucci translucent gown. She wore a stunning ruffled cloak and a shimmering semi-sheer lace halter-neck dress.
